This advanced complex of non-sedating herbs and nutrients has been formulated to support healthy brain function and calmness, mental focus and a positive mood. Research indicates each of the ingredients may play a role in supporting a healthy functioning brain. Low levels of Choline have been associated with increased worry. The amino acid L-Theanine supports relaxation and focus. Bacopa Monnieri is an adaptogen which supports calmness, feelings of well-being and mental focus. Gotu Kola is an anxyolitic herb. B12 and Folic acid may be depleted by stress and are important for normal brain and nervous system function. Huperzine A is a neuroprotective herb which supports normal cognitive and behavioural functions. Antioxidant Vitamin E is included to help off-set the free radicals generated by stress and worry.

NB: Rhodiola rosea has been declared an endangered plant species by CITES and so has been removed from latest batches of this product.

Bacopa Monnieri (50% extract) 150mg
Gotu Kola (40% Triterpenes) 100mg
Vitamin B12 50mcg

Huperzine A (Huperzia Serrata extract) 100mcg
Vitamin E 30iu
SUPERIOR LOW ALLERGY FORMULATION:
This formulation is free from artificial colours, flavours, sweeteners and preservatives, cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, peanuts, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulphur dioxide and sulphites above 10ppm, mollusk, lupin, yeasts and corn.
1 capsule daily with food or as professionally prescribed. Choline may initially cause a headache if this occurs reduce dosage. Caution: Do not take this product if using anti-psychotic or anti-depressant medicines. If you are taking Warfarin please check with your doctor before using.
